Virginia State Police are investigating a shooting at a Walmart store late Tuesday that killed and injured many people.
A police spokesman told reporters he did not know the death toll but that there were “fewer than 10” at the time.
The spokesman also said police believe a separate gunman was responsible for the attack and that the gunman had died.
The attack comes days after a shooting at an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado, that killed five people and injured 18.
